NORTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD ALLIANCE PRESENTS
3rd ANNUAL “GROOVIN’ ON THE GREEN” EVENT
The Northwest Neighborhood Alliance is excited to host its 3rd annual “Groovin on the Green” event on Saturday, September 21. This FREE rhythm and blues concert will feature live music from Maestro J & Friends, Unlimited Show Band, and the Michael Gough Group.
WHAT: Groovin’ on the Green
WHEN: Saturday, September 21 at 5:00 p.m.
WHERE: Owensboro Convention Center Front Lawn
After outgrowing its previous location at Moneta Sleet Jr. Park, the event will now be held on the Owensboro Convention Center front lawn. The concert is family-friendly, and guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
In addition to the live music, there will be several food vendors on-site. Owensboro Health will also be present, offering services to attendees.
