THE BLUE ANGELS ANNOUNCE A RETURN TO THE

OWENSBORO AIR SHOW IN 2024

 

The United States Navy Blue Angels announced they will return to Owensboro for the 2024 Air Show. That announcement was made at the International Council of Airshows Conference in Las Vegas on Tuesday morning.

 

“We are thrilled to announce the Blue Angels are coming back again in 2024,” says Tim Ross, Director of Public Events for the City of Owensboro. “It is a real testament to the city that we can attract two premiere US military jet teams in back-to-back years with the USAF Thunderbirds headlining our show in September 2023 and the Navy Blue Angels headlining again in September 2024. The air show is a signature event for the city that attracts fans from all over the country, and I am excited to continue that tradition in the coming years.”

 

This will be the fourth time the Blue Angels have performed in Owensboro. The 2024 Air Show will take place September 13-15. The 2023 Air Show featuring The Thunderbirds will take place September 15-17.
