            The Owensboro Engineering Department is presenting free webinars to show you important tools to help keep our stormwater system clean. Join us in a series of online events starting Thursday, May 7 and take what you learn and implement it in your own home. The next webinar is Thursday, May 14 at 2:00 p.m. We will discuss why rain gardens are beneficial and how to build and maintain a rain garden at your home.
