SIDEWALK COMMITTEE

SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

October 29, 2019

 

          

                        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sidewalk Committee will hold a Special Called Meeting on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. in the Public Works Conference Room, located at 1410 West 5^th Street, for the purpose of approval of minutes, sidewalk inventory collection, and to discuss current NAB work. The full agenda is below.

1. Approval of minutes dated October 16, 2018

    

2. Budget Update

   1. Current FY 2019-20 Budget is $300,000.00

       

3. Sidewalk Inventory Collection

   1. Policy states the City “…shall periodically inventory as many sidewalks as allowed by time and budget…”

   2. The City of Owensboro was able to collect data from all 12 NAB’s per the sidewalk policy and have an updated sidewalk ranking sheet.

       

4. Discuss current NAB work

   1. Currently working in the Northwest NAB.

   2. Will be moving to the next NAB per member voting.
