The Owensboro Board of Commissioners, Daviess County Fiscal Court, the Mayor of Whitesville, KY, the Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation, and the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce will hold a press conference at 3:00 pm on Friday, November 12, 2021, at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum located at 311 West 2nd Street.
