Effective Monday, July 13, 2020, Owensboro Parks & Recreation Administrative Center business hours will be Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The Office will be closed each day from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. for lunch.
