OWENSBORO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

February 2, 2021 – 5:00 P.M.

 

         NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Owensboro Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called Meeting on February 2, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. via video teleconference, as permitted by KRS 61.826.

 

       The public is encouraged to watch the meeting live on Facebook @CityofOwensboro or at www.owensboro.org. No primary location will be set for public attendance as per Kentucky OAG 20-05.

 

      The purpose of the Special Called Meeting is to present two (2) proclamations; receive and consider an audit report from Alexander Thompson Arnold, PLLC; consider minutes, board and personnel appointments, approve ordinances and municipal orders; consider a closed session under KRS 61.810 (1)(g) discussions between a public agency and a representative of a business entity and discussions concerning a specific proposal;  and hear comments from City Manager and Elected Officials.
