The City of Owensboro continues its commitment to supporting our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Elected officials and city staff are working diligently to support our citizens and businesses throughout the pandemic and recovery.

 

The City is announcing a new OBKY COVID-19 Emergency Relief Program, OBKY Restaurant/Bar Supplemental Payroll Program.  Recognizing the continued impact the pandemic is having on this specific segment of our local economy, this program is targeted to benefit restaurant and bar employees.

 

OBKY Restaurant/Bar Supplemental Payroll Program guidelines and forms will be sent to the restaurant and bar business owners and are available at owensboro.org. Application deadline is January 15, 2021.
