The City of Owensboro will be closing the application window for the OBKY Small Business COVID-19 Emergency Relief Grant and the OBKY COVID-19 Rental Assistance Grant tomorrow (Friday, May 8) at 12:00 p.m. (noon) All completed applications must be returned through the online application process at Owensboro.org or by submitting a hard copy form to City Hall using the drop box located on the Allen Street side of City Hall (101 East 4th Street). City staff will reach out to those who have completed applications during the next week for any additional information that is needed.
OBKY COVID-19 Emergency Relief Program Guidelines and applications are posted at www.owensboro.org, or they can be picked up at City Hall, 101 E. 4th Street (in the foyer on Allen Street side of building).
