Fifth Street Emergency Street Closure

The RWRA has temporarily closed Fifth Street at Allen Street for storm sewer repair. The southbound lane of Allen Street and the northwest lane of Fifth Street are currently closed. A detour will be marked for this closure. Please use caution and attention when driving in this area.
