PUBLIC MEETINGS
RESCHEDULED
As a precautionary measure to minimize opportunities for the transmission and spread of the COVID-19, and in accordance with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, the City of Owensboro has rescheduled the following public meetings:
- CANCELLED - March 19, 2020 Northwest NRSA Advisory Team
- CANCELLED - March 23, 2020 Citizens Advisory Committee for Community Development
NEW MEETING DATES:
Both meetings will be held in City Hall Commission Chambers at 101 E. 4th Street, Owensboro.
- Northwest NRSA Advisory Team will meet on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 5:15 p.m.
- Citizens Advisory Committee for Com. Dev. will meet on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of these meetings is to review the 2020-2025 Consolidated Plan, 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan and to gather feedback from the Committees regarding the proposed plans. Agendas attached.
Anyone wishing to send in comments regarding the plans may call 270-687-8658, email sheltonam@owensboro.org or call 270-687-4444. Copies of the plans are available for public inspection at City Hall, 101 East Fourth St. and online at www.owensboro.org under the Community Development Dept. page. Verbal and written citizen comments will be considered.
