CITY OF OWENSBORO PARKS AND RECREATION SPRAY PARKS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON
The City of Owensboro Parks & Recreation Department announces the spray parks located at Legion Park, Kendall-Perkins, and Smothers Park are now closed for the season. These popular community amenities will re-open for the 2025 season on Memorial Day weekend.
