STREET CLOSURES FOR OWENSBORO-DAVIESS COUNTY

CHRISTMAS PARADE

 

Starting at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Saturday, November 23, several downtown streets will close for the Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade. 2^nd Street will be closed from Greyhound Drive (near the former Daviess County Middle School) to Walnut Street . Within that closure, side streets connecting 2^nd and 3^rd Street will also close. The parade begins at 4:30 p.m. Both downtown parking garages (located on Daviess Street and Locust Street) will remain open for those attending the parade. Please Note: Daviess Street will close near the start time of the parade. If you’re heading to the Daviess Street parking garage, you can still access it via Veterans Boulevard. Simply use West 1st Street and drive through the Owensboro Convention Center lot.
