          NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Owensboro Board of Commissioners Work Session scheduled for Tuesday, January 9, 2018 has been rescheduled to a Special Called Meeting at 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, in the Commission Chambers located on the fourth floor at City Hall, 101 E. 4^th Street.  The agenda is below and posted at www.owensboro.org.
