NICEST LAWN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD CONTEST

DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS APPROACHING

 

The Owensboro Neighborhood Alliance “Nicest Lawn in the Neighborhood” contest is still accepting nominations until Monday, June 6.

Anyone within the neighborhood alliances can nominate their yard. The Neighborhood Alliance is hoping to showcase a variety of different lawns, each with its own unique flair.

One finalist will be chosen from each of the twelve Neighborhood Alliances, these winners will receive a $100 gift card. From there, the finalists will then move on to a public vote from June 20 to June 27 that will be held on the Owensboro Neighborhood Alliance Facebook page to compete for the $500 grand prize donated by Integrity Nursery & Outdoor Living.

The winner of the public vote will be announced on July 5.

To be eligible, residents must live within the city limits of Owensboro and shall be 18 years or older.
