Owensboro Parks and Recreation is Now Offering Fall Tennis Lessons

The Owensboro Parks and Recreation Department is taking registrations for youth tennis lessons. The program will give youth as young as four years old the opportunity to learn and master their skills as they work through the various levels of play.
The lessons will take place at Moreland Park beginning the week of September 22; registration deadline is September 12. Racquets will be provided for those without their own.
QuickStart 1 will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. for ages 4 through 6 (fee $26) and from 6:15 – 7:15 p.m. for ages 7 through 8 (fee $28).
QuickStart 2 will take place Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for ages 9 - 10 (fee $28) followed by Learn to Play/Intermediate for ages 11 and over from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. (fee $28). All classes meet for two weeks.
