SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

FEBRUARY 21, 2024

         

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Owensboro Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called meeting beginning at 8:30 a.m., on February 21, 2024, in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 101 E. 4^th Street, Owensboro, KY.  The purpose of the meeting is to enter into Closed Session under KRS  61.810(1)(f) to conduct a hearing which might lead to the discipline or dismissal of an employee.

3. Consider a Closed Session under KRS 61.810(1)(f) to conduct a hearing which might lead to the discipline or dismissal of an employee.

 

4.  Return to Open Session

 

5. Consider if an employee is guilty of misconduct, inefficiency, and/or violation of various Policies and Procedures and Code of Conduct.

 

6.  Consider discipline or dismissal of an employee.
