Dear Business Leaguers,

 

Hillcrest Golf Course and the Owensboro Parks and Recreation Department are proud to offer our 16^th year of the Monday Night Business League at Hillcrest Golf Course!  This year promises to be the best ever.  We will have weekly closest to the pin prizes and the yearlong traveling trophy!

 

Like the previous years, the format is the same for the most part.  The format of 4 person scramble will continue.  Like previous years, if only 2 or 3 show for the team, then you can still play but the team will just get as many shots as the team has players that day (i.e. 2 players – 2 shots, 3 players – 3 shots).  The format continues as last year with all matches being played gross scoring only, no net scoring. 

 

League play will start June 4^th at 5:30 and run Monday’s through July 23^rd.  The finals will be July 23^rd.  Play will be head to head each week, as we have done in the past, we will start with a head to head match against another league member and results will be emailed and posted at Hillcrest the following day.

 

The league is open to amateurs only, men and women over the age of 13.  Women and Seniors (70 & up) will play from the gold tees.  Everyone else will play from the white tees.

 

The cost for each team in the Monday Business League will be $100 for every two teams a company, individual, or business wants to put in the league (ex. TTMA can pay $100 and two teams can play).  The league fee covers awards, weekly prizes, pizza, and administrative fees.  Pizza will be served at 5:00 pm.  Weekly cost for each league will be $13 per person, which includes green fee and cart and can be paid in full after all members arrive.

 

The deadline for entry will be May 25^th.  Due when you sign up will be the $100 and the team information sheet, space is limited to 14 teams maximum.  You can mail the entry to:
