GROUNDBREAKING FOR NEW OWENSBORO FIRE STATION #3

 

The City of Owensboro and Owensboro Fire Department invite the media and public to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Fire Station #3, located on Cravens Avenue.

 

When: Monday, October 28 at 10:00 a.m.

Where: 2633 Cravens Avenue

This groundbreaking is a significant step in the Operation Firehouse Initiative – a $30 million investment aimed at improving the fire facilities throughout Owensboro. The new Fire Station #3 will be constructed on the site of the previous building and will feature expanded spaces, including modernized daytime/nighttime areas, administrative offices, and upgraded apparatus bays, all designed to enhance firefighter safety and response capability.
