FOURTH OF JULY SCHEDULE
CITY HALL, TRANSIT, PARKS OFFICE & SANITATION
City Hall and Owensboro Transit System will be closed on Thursday, July 4.
The Owensboro Sanitation Department will operate on a modified schedule for all residential and commercial customers. There will be no trash collection on Thursday, July 4. All routes will be delayed one day with Friday routes being collected on Saturday, July 6.
The Parks Administration Office and the Edge Ice Center will also be closed on July 4.
Parks facilities including Hillcrest Golf Course, Ben Hawes Golf Course, Combest Pool, and Dugan Best Recreation Center (11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.) will remain open.
