Dogwood Azalea Neighborhood Alliance to Host

Kousa Dogwood Tree Giveaway

 

The Dogwood Azalea Neighborhood Alliance is hosting a Kousa Dogwood tree giveaway for residents of the alliance on Saturday, October 19. Residents have the opportunity to win one of these beautiful 4-foot trees to plant in their yards as part of the city’s ongoing effort to promote neighborhood beautification.

To participate in the drawing, residents of the Dogwood Azalea Neighborhood Alliance must call 270-687-4444 or email cityaction@owensboro.org by October 14 to enter. Winners will be selected through a random drawing on October 15 and notified directly with details on how to collect their trees.

Tree Pick-Up Information:

• Date: Saturday, October 19
• Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Location: Healthpark Parking Lot, Owensboro, KY
