OWENSBORO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

MAY 7, 2015

12:00 P.M.

 

       

                    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Owensboro Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called Commission meeting at 12:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 7, 2015, in the Commission Chambers located on the fourth floor at City Hall, 101 E. 4^th Street. The purpose of the meeting is to hear second reading of Ordinance 12-2015 amending the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016, and amending Ordinance 10-2015 to allocate revenues to the funding of Hillcrest Golf Course and the International Bluegrass Music Center and repealing Section 6 of said Ordinance which declared Hillcrest Golf Course surplus property; and further recognize revenues sufficient to fund the anticipated shortfall in the sale of capital assets; and further amending Sections 16-22, 16-23, 16-24, 16-25, and 16-35 of Chapter 16, Article II “Occupational License Fees” of the Owensboro Municipal Code, to increase the rate of Occupational License Tax Fees and Net Profit Fees of the City of Owensboro.
