Owensboro Black Expo is presenting our annual Juneteenth Celebration at English Park where the community of Owensboro and surrounding areas can come together to celebrate Emancipation Day, the day slaves in Texas where informed they where free. Not only is it a celebration, but it's a time for fellowship with ALL races and different backgrounds. Food Trucks will be on site, activities and games for children, vendors in the park, and music!
