OWENSBORO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

SPECIAL CALLED MEETING & COMMISSION MEETING

JANUARY 19, 2016

 

       

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Owensboro Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called Commission Meeting at 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, in the Commission Chambers located on the fourth floor at City Hall, 101 E. 4^th Street. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a Closed Session under KRS 61.810 (1)(b) to discuss the future acquisition or sale of real property by a public agency and under KRS 61.810 (1)(g) for discussions between a public agency and a representative of a business entity and discussions concerning a specific proposal.

 

The Board of Commissioners will then hold the regularly scheduled Commission meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, in the Commission Chambers located on the fourth floor at City Hall, 101 E. 4^th Street.
