Aquatics Dance Fitness Class

This class is perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding low-impact, high-energy aquatic dance exercise to his/her routine.

Dance Aquatics blends the dance fitness philosophy with water resistance and some of your favorite tunes for one pool party you will not want to miss!

Instructor: Ashley Ayer-Martin, dance instructor for Owensboro Public Schools and former Raido City Rockette

Days: Tuesdays and Thrusdays

Dates: June 7, 9, 14, 16

Time: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Fee: $45 for all 4 classes
