WARMING SHELTER WILL OPEN TONIGHT

Due to hazardous weather, the City of Owensboro will partner with the Homeless Council of the Ohio Valley and the Salvation Army to open a warming shelter at the Salvation Army tonight (215 South Ewing Road, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301).  The shelter will be open from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
