                             NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Owensboro will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. in Owensboro Commission Chambers at City Hall, 101 E. Fourth Street, Owensboro, KY 42303, to receive public comments on substantial amendments to 2021 Annual Action Plan and HOME-ARP  funding.
