Notice is hereby given that the City of Owensboro Youth Council will hold a meeting at 5:30 p.m. (CDT), on Thursday, January 8. The meeting will take place at the Owensboro Parks and Recreation Administration Center located at 1530 McJohnson Avenue, Owensboro, KY.
